Before you buy Veridian

BEFORE you buy a Veridian Home, go to the Willowbrook Neighborhood in Sun Prairie, WI....go ahead, the people are friendly.

Get out of your car and walk the area...look at ALL the concrete driveways, and porches every one has...they are ALL falling apart.  Veridian has hundreds of thousands of dollars of bad concrete installation.  I can walk to the next 10 houses next to mine, and they all have bad driveways.

So, if you buy a Veridian Home, make sure a budget for 4-8 thousand dollars is set aside, because within 1-2 years, your concrete will need to be replaced...Veridian won't help you out, they just feed you BS excuses.

DONT BUY A VERIDIAN HOME!

Flooring lifted next to bath tub in new home due to improper caulk job. Veridian claimed it was our fault. We hired outside carpenter to repair.

I just learned my lesson , I purchased Veridian home/condo about 5 yrs ago, the Deck is warped and falling apart, the kitchen cabinets above the refridge Dropped onto the fridge, and there is nothing in them, not a single door will close or latch correctly, the walls have cracks all over, I have a bad patio door glass that weathershield will not respond to fix even after 22 calls and 5 Emails, the front door has warped, and they told me this was normal when the place was under warranty yet, and the manuafactuer will not honor warranty replacement because Veridian bulder did not use the Correct Hinges, this is all a small sample to tell whats gone wrong
